Structured classes and individual sessions of yoga, taught to energise, relax and focus the mind. Incorporating asana (body poses), pranayama (breathing) and dhyana (meditation) practice. Postures flow with the breath from one to the next, while the breathing exercises gently energise and the mind is stabilised in meditation. The body is strengthened after regular practise and the mind is brought to much calmer state for everyday life.
